On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Relax on top of the mountain in a cozy setting with amazing views of the mountain scape and valley views of the city. Enjoy the unique Moroccan vibes in this all open spacious cabin. The decor makes it a one of a kind setting. You’ll want to come back yr after yr to experience a new theme. It has a cute little bathroom with a shower and a darling kitchenette. Plenty of room for roll away bed or two! A sitting area for working or getting ready for that special day, party or girls night out.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, cozy living room & washer & Dryer. Smart TV in living room and master bedroom. Disney+ with Hulu, Fandango, Hulu & Peacock & Amazon Prime accounts set up on tv’s. Comfort is key with super soft Queen sized pillow top bed in the master bedroom and full sized pillow top bed in the second bedroom. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
