Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Level 2 EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct). One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, our studio cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, which is suitable for children . The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
