We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

Main street restaurants (1 minute walk), South Main (4 blocks away), river surfing, whitewater, skate park, bouldering, dirt pump track and endless hiking are just a few minutes walk away. The cottage is small and cozy with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second room. The two rooms share a single bathroom. The living room, kitchen and patio are well-stocked and ready for a comfortable stay.

Glamp in style with our 16' yurt with a front row view of the Collegiate Peaks! Has a queen bed & sleeper sofa, perfect for a couple's getaway. Not to mention The Yurt's fire pit & charcoal grill for a camp cooking experience! Climate controlled with 3 infrared heaters & A/C mini-split.. Come join us on our 5 acres of Pinon trees with the convenience of being 5 minutes from town. This cottage is unique with custom tile work, and handmade barn doors. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views, and watch the wildlife roam the property. Your host family lives on property across the driveway and is happy to help should you need anything. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats due to other guests allergies.
