A perfect getaway for couples and businesspeople coming to Central Texas for fun or work. We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

Welcome to the South Austin Suite where you'll enjoy exclusive use of a expanded primary suite with separate entrance and personal patio area. You'll be 10 minutes from Moontower Saloon, Armadillo Den, and more fun South Austin establishments, and downtown Austin is just 20-30 minutes depending on the time of day. There are several coffee shops and restaurants within a 20-30 minute walk and it's just one block from entrances to the Stephenson Nature Preserve for a peaceful walk in the trees.

The tiny home is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers or a couple of friends. This is a true tiny home and can only accommodate a total of two travelers for the duration of the stay. We have chickens on the property and have FREE farm fresh eggs available Daily for guests!
