This apartment was remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units .

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Lake House in Averill Park, NY

Our lake house is on Glass Lake in Averill Park, NY. In case you want to venture off, it is close to Saratoga (race season!), the Berkshires MA, Albany NY, and Vermont. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

Outdoor space includes a fenced in back yard, above ground swimming pool and sun deck. Patio table, gas grill and outdoor fire pit.
