Charming Bolthole with Patio, & a Stroll from the Beach

Escape to the beach and explore the delights of the Devonshire south coast. This self-contained bolthole has its own entrance and patio. Bright orange prints lift an otherwise neutral palette with solid wood floors, wooden cladding in the bedroom, and natural upholstery. The Annexe has a well equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area with combination oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Dualit kettle, fridge freezer, double electric hob, kitchenware, and utensils. Large, comfortable sofa with SKY television, DVD player, Wii, bluetooth speaker, magazines, books and games. There is a small but stylish bedroom with standard 4'6" double bed chest of drawers and dressing table. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, basin unit, toilet and underfloor heating. Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Free wifi and electric heating throughout. There is a small private courtyard for "The Annexe" with table & chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the morning sunshine. The sofa in living area can be set up as a bed, charged at an extra £10 per night, including bed linen and towels. (please note it is not a "sofa bed" but a large sofa approximately the size of a standard single bed with the back cushions removed) Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided. Guests come up a private driveway to the rear of our house, and in through our back garden gate, and then The Annexe is immeidately to the left. Guests are given access to a key safe in their own private courtyard and have their own separate entrance to The Annexe. There is an allocated private parking space for The Annexe about 20 yards away in a private car park (less than 1-minute walk) and cycle storage if required. "The Annexe" is a completely self-contained detached property but very close to our house, effectively in our garden, so although you are completely separate and left to enjoy your stay in privacy, we are usually not too far away should you have any questions, and are always happy to help if we can! Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (a short walk down the hill). It has a fantastic pub (The Green Dragon), a popular restaurant (Radius 7), a park, village shop & post office open daily, and a hotel (stoke Lodge) open to non-residents which has both an indoor and outdoor pool. A car is advisable in the South Hams, but there is a regular bus service (no.3) from the village to Dartmouth and along the coast road to Kingsbridge and onwards to Plymouth. The nearest train station is Totnes (approx 20-30 mins by car/taxi) and the fast train is 2 hours 47 mins to London Paddington and 3 hours to Birmingham New Street. There are lots of maps, guide books and visitor information provided. The bedroom of "The Annexe" backs onto our garden so in the warmer months we are likely to be out there in the day enjoying the sunshine (we hope!) or having an evening BBQ but we would try to keep noise to a minimum and would not be out there after 10pm. "The Annexe" is close to the village church (you look out onto it from the bedroom window) and the church bells do chime regularly on the quarter hour, so if you are a very light sleeper this may disturb you, and may not be the property for you. We will accept very well-behaved dogs but they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. They cannot be left unattended in "The Annexe" at any time. Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (a short walk down the hill). Luxury harbour home with sea views & free parking

Beautifully renovated wing of Georgian house in Brixham harbour with sea views from most rooms. The Quarterberth has a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, radiators and underfloor heating (bathrooms and hallway). A few steps from the seawall and all the pubs, cafes and restaurants Brixham has to offer. The South West Coastal path is directly in front of the house and we welcome small dogs. Secure free parking for one car is available 500 metres away. Various boat trips and cliff walks on the doorstep.

Destiny Lodge

Destiny Lodge is set in the very heart of Brixham, steps from the harbour. This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher

Wren Cottage, Brixham

Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

Primrose Studio - pet-friendly, private parking

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Lilac Cottage, sea views, 2 beds, 2 baths, WFI

Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Fortune Cottage, Harbour and Sea Views

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

Smugglers cottage…harbour area, parking & rooftop

As featured in Devon Live, Smugglers is a 200 yr old idyllic fisherman's cottage located in the heart of the harbour. Recently refurbished to a very high standard but keeping the original features to enjoy with a Summer Roof Terrace!. Although the harbour's hustle and bustle is a stone throw away, the cottage is conveniently tucked away for when you want those quieter evenings, the perfect location! We also have a private driveway for a medium size car - a rarity in the harbour!
