Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. In 2025, around 250 people gathered there for the summer festival of a children's and youth welfare organisation. Your booking is what makes this possible. Thanks for being part of it. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Der Hafen von Lübbenau liegt nur 11km entfernt und auch der Hafen von Lübben ist in 13km zu erreichen. Für Wasserliebhaber kann der Stoßdorfer See in nur 12 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erkundet werden. Auch der Hindenberger See und ein italienisches Restaurant liegen nur 2km entfernt und sind in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein Haus in den Feldern

Das Haus liegt allein in einem Meer aus Feldern, vom Wind umspült, in einem großen Staudengarten. Mit vielen Künstlerkollegen und Freunden wurde diese vormals unspektakuläre Pension aus den 90er-Jahren umgebaut und saniert und mit Hilfe des Landschaftsgestalters Rainer Elstermann ein Garten angelegt. In stetigem Wachstum und Wandel entstand – und entsteht noch – ein idyllischer Ort, in dessen Gästeteil 10 Personen und in dem hauptsächlich privat genutzten Studioteil 8 Personen unterkommen.

Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und jeweils einem Bad auf jeder Etage. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Kamin vorhanden, für eine kuschlige Zeit an kälteren Tagen.
