This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das Haus liegt allein in einem Meer aus Feldern, vom Wind umspült, in einem großen Staudengarten. Mit vielen Künstlerkollegen und Freunden wurde diese vormals unspektakuläre Pension aus den 90er-Jahren umgebaut und saniert und mit Hilfe des Landschaftsgestalters Rainer Elstermann ein Garten angelegt. In stetigem Wachstum und Wandel entstand – und entsteht noch – ein idyllischer Ort, in dessen Gästeteil 10 Personen und in dem hauptsächlich privat genutzten Studioteil 8 Personen unterkommen.
