Private Cottage - Countryside Farm Stay

Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Beautiful country cottage renovated close to Dales

This is a beautiful country cottage. Full of antiques and oil painting. The entire cottage is to rent with 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are sumptuous with top of the range Egyptian bedding feather pillows and feather duvets. There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed. I renovated the place top to bottom a while ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms. Because it is a family home, some belongings are still there. If you like minimalist style my home isn’t for you !

The village is named after Sir Titus Salt who built a textile mill, known as Salts Mill and this village on the River Aire back in the 1800s. There are many reasons why you should visit Saltaire from the spectacular architecture, to the independent shops and restaurants scattered around the village.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with great views and public footpaths, Close to Leeds and Bradford City centres and nearby town Cleckheaton and motorway links within 2 miles. The static caravan sleeps 2 Adults and 2 children with a fully functioning open plan kitchen and bathroom with a shower it has full central heating. We welcome Small to medium dogs but please note we don't allow them to be left unattended but we have no issues with pet crates.

It has two bedrooms- 1 double and 1 king sized bed, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, two sofas in the living room and a log burner. The small paved back yard is fully fenced in and has a bench should the weather be nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the views.

It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.
