We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Located on a homestead with horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs nearby. It also backs up to the Rio Grande National Forest with multiple trails for ATV/UTV, dirt bike, and any off road vehicle. This location is 20min to Salida and Joyful Journey Hot Springs. It is 45min to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and the Great Sand Dunes.

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.
