Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. "Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by Oct 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!
