In the flat there is a kitchen with kitchen facilities (cooker and oven, fridge, sink, dishes and kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and washer and a bed-/living room (both in one). The bathroom has got central heating, but the kitchen and the bed-/living room need to be heated by tile stove (of course we'll heat it up before your arrival - so it will be nice and cosy when you arrive). The bedroom has got two single beds and one chest of drawers. It is possible to add one extra mattress or a cot. Linen and towels are available. The flat has it's own entrance and can be accessed without crossing our backyard (where you would meet our dog, 6 cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, chicken and the sheep on the meadow right behind our lot - as you can see, we have quite a little farm here :-) ).

Weitere 2 Personen können auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Für Kindern kann gerne ein Reisebett mitgebracht werden. Nebenan gibt es eine 2. Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen, die für größere Familien oder Freunde ggf. parallel gebucht werden kann. Die sehr idyllische Landschaft des Oderbruchs lädt zu Spaziergängen oder Radtouren ein.

Nuestro alojamiento es adecuado para parejas, viajeros de negocios y familias (con hijos). La superficie habitable es de 130 m². A 1 km del supermercado más cercano y a unos 20 minutos en coche del centro de Berlín. Buena conexión con el BVG. Se llega al centro en unos 45 minutos con el transporte público.
