You will enjoy short drives to the Oregon coast, mountain hikes, wine tasting, local u-pick market farms and more. We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Rainbow Valley Retreat - Wine Country Getaway

3 miles from Wine Country (10 wineries within 20 mins) and 10 mins from downtown Eugene and the airport. Our lovely Bunkhouse was built for a quiet, peaceful retreat. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance. Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

This quaint cottage provides a cozy stay with all the creature comforts.
