Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Cozy beachside retreat. Our newly refurbished studio apartment is just steps from the ocean. Decorated in a fresh coastal style, this inviting getaway is ideal for couples or a stopover on your journey through the South West. With ocean views from all windows, you can relax at the Marri bench with a drink and watch the sunset over the ocean. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast with cereal, bread and eggs. Beach towels are provided, and you'll find a BBQ and comfortable seating in the courtyard.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Quiet street. Can accomodate a total of three people as there is an option of a single mattress. Walking distance to queens garden, great for jogging and walking. Family pool optional.

There is private side access to the bungalow with free parking available on site.
