Our unit is ground floor in a historic brick building built in 1895, offering incredible ambiance and conveniently located half a block from downtown Dunsmuir. Botanical gardens and Sacramento River are nearby. If you are traveling by car there are countless opportunities to see unrivaled natural beauty in our Northern California mountains. House of Peace - Quiet, Peaceful, near Shasta Lake

Spend time in a quiet, peace-filled getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are just 2 miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy also. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night too!

The Terrace House, country living.

The Terrace House is located on our 200-acre ranch in Montgomery Creek. It has a beautiful view of the Cascade Mountain range. The house is cozy and private and has access to hiking trails throughout the property. We live in another house nearby and are always available. There is a separate building with a game room and gym. A 220-volt, 50 amp charging station is available for $15 per charge.
