You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

Welcome, this unit is less then a mile away from downtown Greenville which has a very nice assortment of restaurants, clubs and bars all in walking distance. You will be able to see the bridge light up every night from your bedroom window and back porch the house is placed directly beside the Greenville bridge and park which host many events/concerts on the weekends and it is connected to a 3 mile greenway great for walking/running/bike riding. The neighborhood is very friendly!

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted.
