The Grant House

This property is newly constructed for your enjoyment on the south end of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the kitchen with a double oven or enjoy grilling in the backyard. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire, hot tub or enjoy a movie on the 65” TV. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome.

We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Little Bass Lake Cabin

Lakefront cabin with plenty of deck space to soak up the sun and a sandy lake for great swimming! Two kayaks available for use at no extra charge. Roast s'mores at the fire pit or explore nearby downtown Grand Rapids just minutes away. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms; 2 queen bedrooms and a full/twin bunk bed. We are also just blocks away (walking distance) from the Soo Line Trail north, a 150 mile ATV trail that's great for hiking, biking, or bringing your ATV's.
