This is a Private Guesthouse, "The Cottage at Oakwood." Two(2) bedrooms: 1. Main Bedroom: queen-size mattress new Memory Foam 2. Living room: queen-size sofa/ hideaway bed. NO SMOKING!!$100 CLEANING FEE The cottage is on the left side of the Manor House. ***We gladly accept pets. We request a FEE OF $10/ NIGHT FOR EACH PET. Airbnb does have a place for adding this nominal fee. Just leave it on the TV Desk. Please put your pet in a crate when leaving the cottage. No pets on the furniture.

Kayaks and paddleboards for use during stay. **Max 8 guests per local STR rules and all vehicles, boat trailers, etc must be on property, no street parking allowed. **

Our private guest suite with its own entrance & patio is serenely located amidst lovely views of our landscaped gardens, playful horses, & magnificent mountains. If you want a place to kick back, unwind, & rejuvenate, our comfy guest suite is for you! We welcome singles, couples, small families, long-term guests and the family dog for an addition charge. Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.

The Cottage at Roaring Run Farm is a relaxing two bedroom retreat nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The farm sits on 153 acres of rolling pastures between neighboring cattle farms that make up a 1,000 acres of contiguous farmland. The cottage features beautiful views of the Peaks of Otter Mountains among fields of grazing horses and donkeys. Sunrise and sunset are truly magical hours on Roaring Run Farm.
