There is a gas station, Dollar General, and restaurants 5 minutes away. It is a central location: 10 minutes from the town of Saluda, 10 minutes from Batesburg, 20 minutes from Newberry, and 20 minutes from Lexington.

Steps away is huge dock with 10 feet of water at end of dock, with ladder for swimming or parking boats, private boat landing for launching boat, that is concrete out past dock , and have 3 kayaks on property, and may floats for floating at private dock. There is a golf cart please use responsible and charge

The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
