IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! Full kitchen well stocked with necessities, gas fireplace, A/C, Murphy bed and pull-out sofa bed with new, comfortable mattresses. Cable/internet, 55" TV, & board games. Large deck with lighting. Guests enjoy full use of all Attitash Mtn. Village amenities including river access, pools, sauna, hot tubs, tennis & basketball. Close to shopping and area attractions.

Otter Ski/Walk to Village/Cozy 2 Bed/Hot Tub

Best location, directly in the village! Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored with cozy, bedding & linens. Step to restaurants, North Conway CC, the Village green, scenic train station, coffee shops, shops, skating, & nightlife. I do prefer to book the entire house and only use the 2 bedroom lockoff to fill openings. Kayak the Saco, adventure parks, skiing, story land, hiking, etc. READ ABOUT THE SPACE- there could be other guests on the other side of the home. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL
