Studio Retreat offers comfort, privacy, air conditioning and is self-contained. It has a full kitchen and bathroom catering for 2 guests. The property is minutes' walk from the beach, bike track and cafes. The railway station, restaurants, pub and brewery are only a 10 to 15 minutes stroll away. Our cozy, rustic, private room with separate shower is ideal for a weekend getaway, or staying a night after a social function. The room is entirely separate from the main house with your own access. The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. The proximity to Camden makes it very convenient. (1.2 km) You can walk back from a night out.

Silver Birch Studio is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay in the Southern Highlands for up to 2 adults. This self contained studio has an en-suite, small kitchenette and a deck overlooking the garden. The peaceful location is less than three minutes drive to Mittagong town, which offers a number of great restaurants and cafes. Mittagong is also close to Bowral, Moss Vale and historic Berrima which all offer a variety of markets, art galleries and local wineries.

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
