It’s also just a short 10 minute drive to the Taronga Western Plains Zoo.

Caroo Cottage

The Caroo cottage is a well built shack that provides all the necessities that you'll need. From grabbing a cuppa to fishing down on the banks with the kids, it really reveals nature in the best way. From the sunrise to the sunset. Shower and toilet are external access only. It has access to wifi for all your technology needs. Pets are aloud but they are NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGE OR BATHROOM!!! If you would like fishing rods please advise in a message. Enquire for early check in!

The Gate House by Yeates Wines / Mudgee

Nestled amongst the vines just 5-minutes from Mudgee, you'll find the Gate House. This split-level, self-contained space sits beside (and shares a lawn with) the Yeates Wines cellar door, where you'll enjoy a complimentary wine tasting or glass of wine on arrival. Architecturally designed and newly constructed, the Gate House boasts a loft king bedroom, plus a fully equipped downstairs bathroom and kitchen/living area with a coffee machine, cooking facilities, TV, fireplace and BBQ.

The Ponderosa Farm Stay

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. We have 120 aces of mainly farming land with horses , chickens , cats and dogs. If you like fishing then you are welcome to catch a few on the Macquarie river which is on the property. Our horses are all trotters who are all trained here on our track. The accommodation is fully fenced and we are pet friendly. We do prefer dogs to stay outside and are definitely not to be left unattended inside the tiny house.

Please let know if you would prefer 2 single beds. Portable cot available.
