We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

We are just one block away from the Ecusta trail that is open for walking/ biking!
