Based in the Gateway to the magnificent Peak District we are offering our freshly renovated lodge style annex guest house. Only 5 Min drive from the beautiful market town of Ashbourne we have everything here from relaxation and peaceful breaks to white knuckle Theme parks like Alton Towers or maybe for those ramblers out there we have the best of the best within a 20 minutes drive, or peaceful woodlands and rolling hills at the end of our private driveway. Our local pub (The Saracens) is a MUST

The Hideaway, Great views, garden & location

The Hideaway is an attractive cottage with wonderful views, contemporary decoration, consisting of a kitchen/living space, bedroom, shower room & west facing balcony all accessed from your private entrance with self check-in. Hidden away on the lovely wooded hillside of the Derwent Valley between Bakewell and Matlock, within 3 miles of Chatsworth House & Haddon Hall. Great for walkers, situated down a quiet lane, with fantastic walks from the front door through woodland, fields or moorland.

Oakle, self contained guest annex with independent access, king sized bed, ensuite shower room and private kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast. Close to Alton Towers and Eaton Hall shooting club. Doveridge has a country pub within walking distance which serves food. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the town of Uttoxeter with it's Racecourse, bars, eateries and shops We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Idyllic cottage retreat

This romantic retreat is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Butterton which overlooks the beautiful Manifold Valley in the Peak District. The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. This cosy hideaway is an ideal couples escape featuring a stunning bedroom with vaulted beamed ceiling and luxury features throughout. It has a boutique hotel feel in rural heaven.

Pigeon Loft Cottage

This unique self contained peaceful cottage is 250 years old and set in the centre of the beautiful village of Bonsall in the Peak District and within easy reach of all amenities. The cottage was once a Pigeon loft and has been transformed and renovated into a simple characterful living space within the conservation area. Views from the cottage and outside private terrace are stunning. There are choices of walks from the door including 2 pubs cafe and shop within easy walking distance.

The Entire Coach House at Middleton Hall

Relax in this peaceful unique country home, either warm yourself by the wood burner or relax out in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the private Middleton Hall estate. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. The Old Cattle Barn, Peak District - Valley View

A beautifully renovated stone barn, set in the grounds of a Grade 2* listed farm dating back to 1640. Meticulously transformed from the original cattle stalls into a modern, perfectly rustic two-bed, two-bath cottage in 2023, it retains the history and character of the original building. From this idyllic rural location on the Peak District National Park boundary, there are breathtaking valley views across Bradbourne Brook, and yet the barn is only a 10-minute drive into Ashbourne.
