Situated on the shores of Moyie Lake, this high end home boasts 150' of private beachfront, a lush lawn of the same size and two full-sized docks, kayaks, canoe and paddle boards. This three-level 3,000 sq. ft. property includes six bedrooms, three full baths and comfortably sleeps fourteen guests. Having said that, the local government authority of the Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) limits occupancy to ten. This is none negotiable.

Enjoy a coffee on your private deck or unwind by a fire next to the flower garden. The cottage is equipped with a coffee machine, hot plate, toaster and air fryer for any of your cooking needs! Side note, there are two steps into the bed for those that have mobility issues.

Our guest suite has a modern rustic feel & can accommodate 3 guests. There is an ensuite bathroom & a separate room with a microwave, hotplate, breakfast sandwich maker, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle. There are plates, bowls, cutlery, etc and a rustic wine barrel dining table. The cupboards are stocked with local tea and coffee, with cream in the fridge and snack. There is a bbq for guests use also
