Our amazing on-site property managers live in a separate basement apartment.

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Our retreat is nestled in the Cottonwoods on the 18th green of the golf course. Summer with us & float the “dry bed”, depending on current water levels exit onto our property, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, play a game at the golf course, or set up family games in the yard. Winter fun brings hills to sled, hot chocolate around the fireplace, room to build snowmen and forts. All is centered around a beautiful quiet home to rest, modern amenities & a porch to watch memories unfold.

Relax in the country in this quiet newly remodeled home five minutes South of Rexburg! This home has a huge backyard that borders an elk ranch. Our comfortable home sits on three beautiful acres in the country and is located 90 minutes from Yellowstone Park and Grand Teton National Park, 45 minutes to Grand Targhee ski resort and 7 minutes to Rexburg and BYU-Idaho. Enjoy a separate entrance to our basement which has 5 themed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family room and kitchen/dining space. You may also want to enjoy the beautiful back yard, playground, deck, firepit and picnic spots. (Note: we live upstairs)

Hanks Cabin is named after our great, great, great grandfather, Ephraim Hanks. We built this cabin in 2018 as a tribute to his life. The cabin is full of family history, antiques and furnishings. Whether you are fishing on the famous south fork of the snake river, traveling our beautiful area which includes Yellowstone park, Jackson Hole, or Grand Teton National Park.
