Clewley's Nest - Peace & Quiet

Relax in our minimalist cabin in the woods. Read a book, lay in the hammock, sit by the fire, or just stare up into the trees. With fiber optic wifi if you need to stay connected! We have 30 acres to walk on, are close to hiking and biking trails, and Beaver Lake is a 5 minute drive. The cabin is nearby to all the greater Thunder Bay/Alpena area. Explore Northern Michigan year round! Of note: the 3/4 bathroom is connected to the cabin, but accessed from outside the cabin.

2nd Retreat

This bright and quaint historical little house is one block from the downtown district. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Modern cabin on the Thunder bay river

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you. River Horse

Escape to our cozy cabin on the Thunder Bay River, just 15 minutes away from downtown Alpena. It offers 50 feet of water frontage, perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to kayak, fish, swim, or simply relax by the water, our cabin has it. In the summer months we do have an additional room in the cabin with a queen size bed and 4 Kayaks for your use.

Summerville

Welcome to Summerville! Situated on Long Lake in Alpena. It’s large lot offers privacy and plenty of room to enjoy bonfires, and lots of room to let the kids run. Bring your boat, kayaks or paddle boards to take advantage of all that Long Lake has to offer. Located only 7 miles from Alpena it’s only a short drive in to town to explore all that Alpena has to offer.

Winnybrük Cottage

It has been a labor of love, for our entire family, to update this wonderful 1930's cottage. We hope you appreciate the design, the details and the decor. May your time be reminiscent of a slower paced era while still providing you the modern day comforts you expect. Enjoy finding our hidden fairy doors placed by our granddaughters.

The Depot

This unique rental is situated right next to the railway, conveniently located within walking distance of multiple amenities and not too far from downtown Alpena. The train passes through almost daily, giving a fun, industrial vibe to the property!

The Shack

Kick up your heals, relax and have fun. Totally peaceful- NO NEIGHBORS! Pets are welcome. Have a camp fire, play some outdoor games and enjoy. Feels like your so far away but only 5 Miles from the BEAUTIFUL HUBBARD LAKE MICHIGAN.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home is surrounded by nature. We are close to hiking, fishing, Ossineke beach, Dinosaur Gardens and great restaurants. Our home is clean and well maintained.
