Guest Cabin on top of a hill overlooking our working cattle ranch. The cabin is updated and clean and fully stocked with everything you need to spend one night or a whole month. The completely private space includes cable and internet as well as a washer and dryer. The 600 acre ranch has fishing ponds and hiking trails which our guests are welcome to enjoy. There are no events or parties allowed in the guest cabin. You are welcome to host your family for a BBQ or meal if they are local.

The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch, porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. Includes water access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

Everyone visited this site during it's preparation, from visiting friends to the electricians, plumbers and others, fell in love with it. Many joked that this is where they wanted to stay if they got in the "dog house" with their wife; hence the nickname that stuck.
