We fell in love with this 6th floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. The condo is very quiet and easily accessible to the elevator, pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. HAPPY BEACHING!!

Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.

Our unit is located directly by the pool and is as far from the road as you can be. There is access to the beach ~.1 miles to the west of the property. It is about a quarter mile from the house to the beach. 3 bedrooms and 4 full baths. We have beds to sleep 18 people.
