The guesthouse is 2 blocks from downtown and 15 minutes from Hidden Paradise in Long Pine, NE as well as the Niobrara River.

Wood floors throughout, comfortable leather furniture, king bed in master, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, wifi, 55” LED TV, full size washer/dryer, stove, microwave, kitchen table w/ 6 chairs, tub/shower, full size fridge, propane grill, lawn chairs. Shampoo, soap, coffee provided. Additional twin bed available on porch (spring / summer / fall - AC on porch. Not ideal during cold weather).

The school house cabin is located next to the Plum Creek Wildlife Management Area and 22 miles from the Niobrara River and 13 miles from Ainsworth, NE.
