Embrace the Scandinavian design aesthetics of this wood-clad apartment. The home features plank flooring, unique artwork throughout, pops of color, an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique furnishings, and rooftop views. You will find a well equipped and cosy Danish apartment here. We love our place, but happily share it with you during the summer. Every thing you might need is here. Two separate bedrooms, with nice double beds. A big dinner table in the dining room, with a great evening light across the city towers. A well equipped, easy to handle kitchen. A comfortably sized bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice hallway with access to the whole shabam. Since we dont believe in television, we can give you a strong broad band wifi in stead. And we recommend a good rainy day spent with one of our many board games! We will drop by and say hello - open the doors, wash dirty linen if needed. All in accordance with you of course. We will not be so far away, and can help if you need. The property is located in the heart of the city just 200 meters from the main street. There is easy public transportation around town, and there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore. Main bus station around the corner. Main train station 5 minutes walk. Free city bikes are usually parked on our street. Parking nearby is possible, but comes with a strict parking fee. Backside neighbour is the police station, so you better behave :-) As we live in the city, online and work hard every day, we like to have a peaceful off-time in the apartment. Hence no TV! WiFi is with you all the way, thought ;-) Also note that our living room is without the usual sofa, focusing on the dinner table as a central point in our life. The couch in the guest room is making up for this monumentous loss. Neighbourhood is primarily young people with lots of city venues around. Wonderful silence can be expected, but not a guarantee in the city center.

Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Rummelig 2 plan villa på 165m2 med kun 15 min kørsel til Aarhus. Stueetagen byder på et stort køkken-alrum med rummelig stue, stort badeværelse samt et stort velfungerende køkken. Velkommen til vores charmerende bolig! En optimal beliggenhed kun 10 minutter væk fra Aarhus C, Marselis-skoven og Moesgaard strand. Med blot 100 meter til indkøbsmuligheder og praktisk tæt på busstoppesteder (50 meter), kan du nemt udforske byen og nyde alt, den har at byde på. Børn og hunde vil føle sig helt hjemme, da vores bolig tilbyder en veludstyret indhegnet have. Dertil en legeplads lige rundt om hjørnet (50 meter). En ideel base til at udforske det bedste fra byen og stranden.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

En dejlig rummelig og hyggelig kælderlejlighed tæt ved Aarhus C og lige ved siden af Botanisk Have og Den Gamle By. Huset er fra 1935, så lejligheden har patina og charme og ligger i et roligt villakvarter. Der er egen indgang, køkken med det meste og badeværelse med stor bruseniche. Der er gulvvarme og god plads i værelse og gangarealer mm. Gåafstand til universitet og midtbyen og få minutter til busser på Viborgvej og Ringgaden. Kommer du i bil er der mulighed for fri parkering.

Cosy apartment in Aarhus. 3 bedrooms with a double bed in all 3. Bathroom with shower, my favorite room, treat it with love . There is a balcony to enjoy the morning coffee and sun.
