Food Scene

Super yummy, (limited) outside seating and great eats at reasonable prices. It's so close, you could throw a rock at it. Definitely get: the tortellini al pesto, lasagna and the carbonara!

My favorite Asian fusion - bar none! Get the classic sea bass dish, or feel free to explore anything on the menu. I've never had a bad meal here :)

A quick service restaurant located a stones throw from the Westfield mall. The DIY rolls cost about $9 for three pieces, but they're so amazing and HUGE. Delicious if you're a fan of Vietnamese spring rolls. Be sure to get a tub of chicken pho broth, too!

Bar none the best seafood I have had in SF. Walk ins only, and the wait truthfully sucks. But everything is mind blowingly good. Get the cioppino and clams in garlic sauce - you won't be disappointed. Generous wine pours, too ;)

THE BEST COFFEE IN SF! Better than Philz or Blue Bottle. For true coffee purists - no almond milks or splenda here.

Great for novelty coffee drinks - think lots of flavor and cream. The must get is the iced mint mojito- a frothy creamy concoction thats more dessert than coffee! This location is in the TL - but there's many sprinkled around other parts of town.

A great building filled with fun shops and eats located at the edge of the water, a favorite of locals and tourists alike. Go early on Saturday to catch a glimpse of the farmers market! :)

A must visit in the Ferry building. Great seafood, views of the water and a robust wine and beer selection. Definitely get the clam chowder - its runny soup is a little off-putting initially, but it has great flavor, bacon and a healthy serving of fresh clams! Oyster sampler is fun as well.

Drinks & Nightlife

My FAVORITE beer bar in the city. Taps are slow as hell, but the beers are all amazing (and I've *ahem* had many). Tends to wind down pretty early, too.
